Beginning October 13, Melvyn’s invites guests to step back through time as we mark 50 years of iconic dining and cultural resonance in Palm Springs. Over the course of five weeks, the legendary restaurant will celebrate each decade from 1975 through 2025, offering a layered experience of era-inspired menus, cocktails, and music. Space is limited, reserve early.

Join us every Friday night for an outdoor movie experience featuring timeless Hollywood classics, all screened under the stars at the Ingleside pool. Settle in with a cocktail, indulge in bites available for purchase from Melvyn’s, and enjoy an evening of cinematic nostalgia in true Ingleside style.

Ingleside offers intimate poolside activations, vintage cocktail hours at Melvyn’s lounge, guided wellness events, and seasonal gatherings designed to reflect Palm Springs culture and historic elegance.
Most events are complimentary and open exclusively to estate guests. Select events—such as Melvyn’s seasonal dinner soirées—may also welcome outside guests with RSVP availability.

Absolutely. Private gatherings or celebratory dinners can be arranged through our Meetings & Events page. The events team will assist with menu selection, timing, and layout.
If an event reaches capacity, our team will offer alternate event options, suggest space availability, or assist with planning a private experience for your group.
